如图，此为酶反应方程式3.jpg 更具此方程式，推出如下图方程式1.jpg、2.jpg。 其中方程6、7中的7-adca0 ，PGA0是初始浓度，每次反应，cex、pga、pg、7-adca均可求得，k1，k2‘为已知常数，如何求得k3、k-3、K4/K-4，然后如何画出cex、pg、pga三者的图？？？？ 或者说如何进行相应的曲线拟合，，求得各个参数，，，，，  1.jpg  2.jpg  3.jpg |

The initial reaction rates were measured and the model shown in Eqs. 1–5 was fitted to the results, minimising the quadratic difference between the measured concentrations and the concentrations calculated by the model using a nonlinear fitting procedure from the statistical analysis program SAS (Cary, NC, USA). 这里的SAS是神马软件的意识吗？？？ |
