[求助] 各位领导请教下我想跟编辑说重新开放提交系统我好去提交补充数据这么说啊

Dear Editor,
We have just submitted a manuscript titled: **. Manuscript ID: ##. However, because of my carelessness, the supporting information (NMR,UV,IR,MS) of this paper we didn't submitted. Could you re-opening the online submission system and then we submit it again?

这是我想发的但是最后Could you re-opening the online submission system and then we submit it again?这句话感觉说的不舒服我现在的情况是论文提交了但是NMR图谱也就是补充材料没有提交，但是现在状态是WITH EDITOR，改变不了了，所以想找编辑修改一下状态或者打开系统，我好重新提交这么说才好呢
