By measuring and analyzing content and stoichiometry of  C, N, P in different planting years (planting 1a, 3a, 4a, 5a and 8a) artificial on alfalfa grasslands alfalfa leaf, stem and 0 ~ 20cm soil ,  study the effect planting period caused for soil and plant nutrient content and their stoichiometric in ratioartificial alfalfa. The results show that: 1) in the 0 ~ 20cm soil content of C, N  increased with the increase of planting years, increased first and then decreased, P content in contrast, owning significant difference between age (P <0.05), in soil C: N and C: P showing a "pyramid" distribution pattern. 2) With the increase of years of planting, alfalfa leaf content of C  overall downward in trend, content of P increased first and then decreased, the variation of each nutrient of stem is similar to soil nutrient variation,and smaller than the nutrient variations of  leaf . the C and N of leaves and stems with the corresponding variation of P content were consistent with the change. 3) in alfalfa leaf N: P and C: P were significantly negatively correlated with leaf P content  , owning no significant correlation with leaf N content , soil P and the stems of C, N, P, and stoichiometry have a certain relevance.
