[交流] 跪求指导 Acta physiology plant 格式要求已有1人参与

因为是第3次修改格式定稿，不涉及内容修改，主编要求我严格按照投稿指南修改格式，心里紧张，害怕出错而带来不良后果。 springer旗下的一个期刊Acta Physiologiae Plantarum（波兰植物生理）。
对Electronic Supplementary Material的要求：
Submission
Please include in each file the following information: article title, journal name author names; affiliation and e-mail address of the corresponding author.

Text and Presentations
Submit your material in PDF format; .doc or .ppt files are not suitable for long-term viability.

Processing of supplementary files
Electronic supplementary material will be published as received from the author without any conversion, editing, or reformatting.

问题：1. 附加材料难道需要写期刊名称（journal name)吗？如果写该刊名，放在具体位置，放在标题下？还是其他地方？因为没有找到该刊已发文章的附加材料。
2. 附件上传的格式必须为PDF吗?
3. figure lettering什么意思，在哪里查看 4.5:1的比例？
4.要在哪里写用什么作图？
