各位虫友：
大家好。首次投稿，不太清楚编辑这么回复，到底有多大希望。大家能帮我分析分析么。附上decision letter。

Your manuscript, has now been reviewed by two consultants who are highly knowledgeable in the area of this research. The reviews are enclosed for your information.

As you will see from their comments, the reviewers believe that you are addressing an interesting topic and that your findings are of potential interest. That said, the reviewers raise a number of important issues about the argument you have presented. On the basis of these thoughtful and knowledgeable reviews, I have decided that I must reject this manuscript for publication. However, I would be willing to consider a revision if you believe you can effectively address the concerns.

Because the detailed reviews are enclosed, I will not go over all of the concerns. However, the most important would appear to be the following. First, ……Second, ……. Third,……. Finally, …….

At this time I cannot be certain whether or not a revision will be successful, and thus if you do decide to revise and resubmit, you should do so with the knowledge that I cannot guarantee an acceptance. If you do decide to revise and resubmit, I would appreciate a brief cover letter explaining on a point-by-point basis how you have addressed each of the reviewers' comments. In addition, please be sure to prepare the manuscript in accord with APA style.

I would like to have the manuscript returned within three months. If you anticipate being delayed considerably beyond that time, I would appreciate a note about when to expect the paper so that we can keep the files open. Please let me know via email within the next 2 weeks if you plan to undertake the revision.For your information, I anticipate returning any revision to the original reviewers for further consultation.

Whatever course of action you decide to follow, I hope that you find the reviewers' comments useful to you as you continue your work in this area.

Please note that if your submission (or a later revision of it) is accepted for publication, it cannot go into production until theOffice receives a signed copyright formfrom each author. Planning ahead to meet this requirement is especially important for manuscripts that have many authors.
