以往文献采用程序升温至热解温度的方法,这对热解时间的确定和生物质热解机理的分析可能带来较大的误差。本章采用的实验方法,因TGA快速的升温和控温能力,能很好地避免热解时间的争议和产物生成机理的不确定性。在本研究中,热解时间比较明确,以热重分析仪开始工作算起。此外,本实验过程近似于稻壳在小型装置上的实验过程,这将有利用结合在小型装置上的实验数据,以深入分析稻壳的热解过程机理。

In previous literature, the method of Temperature-Programmed pyrolysis exists a large error in the process of determining the time of pyrolysis and analysis of the mechanism during biomass pyrolysis. Here, we used the experimental method based on rapid heating of TGA and its temperature control capability so that we can avoid the controversy of pyrolysis time and uncertainty of product-formation-mechanism. In our research, pyrolysis time relatively clear from the start working of TGA. In addition, this experimental process, is similar to the procedure of rice husk in a small device, which will combine the use of the experimental data on small devices and have an in-depth analysis in mechanism during rice husk pyrolysis.
