求助三个关于NMR的基本常识性问题

俺的作业题目，一下子找不着答案，版里那个大虾帮个忙吧 1. Commonly, you will get an NMR spectrum with peaks pointing down. What can you do to make your peaks look the way they should? 2. What command do you use to start data acquisition in PNMR? 3. When you try to integrate your NMR data, you find that the integration is not flat. Answer:If you have Varian 500HZ! 1.Use the command WWW&WFT in your HNMR! 2.Firstly, you must know which partion is your PNMR,then use the JEXP? enter the part! by the way, in JEXP? ?means a number you can set them! 3. Make sure your magnetic field is steady you can use your mouse turn up the voltage of the nuclear magnetic resonance! |
