撤稿信这么写可以吧 已有3人参与

因为着急发文章，所以with editor等了三个月实在等不起了，就想撤稿，各位虫友帮我看看撤稿信这么写可以吧？（我是参考了一个别人写的撤稿信改的，不过不知道改的措辞是不是有点儿不对，请大家指教，谢谢） Dear Editor, I am sorry to have to interrupt you. We submitted a paper named "XXXXXX" (Manuscript Number: XXXX) to XXXXXX. The status of the submission was "With Editor" for about three months. We wrote two e-mail to query, but you didn't response directly. We hope this manuscript could be reviewed as quickly as possible. Based on this reason, we are very sorry to tell you that we want to withdraw our manuscript. We are really sorry for our decision, but we think it is imperative. We will appreciate what you did for us. Thank you again. Kind Regards, XXXX |
