合同条款翻译：请翻的尽量通俗易懂些，给部门老大看的。谢谢。 Each Party shall bear the liability for and release, defend, indemnify and hold the other Party harmless from and all injury or death to its personnel and for any damage or loss to its equipment and property (whether hired, chartered or owned) relating to or arising out of the performance of this Agreement, regardless of cause and even if caused by the breach, fault or negligence of the indemnified party. |

同意2楼的评论。在翻译之前，感觉原文的英文有些问题，貌似不够完整或者一致： 1. 一般说have/bear responsibility for, 或者说be responsible for, 不会说bear liability for, 不通 （可以说某人is liable, 或者某事是一个liability) 2. 假设原文想说的是responsibility for, 那么for 后面就该是+ing 或者名词，但这里是and. 把。。。for 和and 后面的动词结构并列也说不通 3. hold the other Party harmless from 有问题。 一般说一个人harmless，就是说他/她不会伤害谁，而不是说不会被伤害，所以原文应该是unharmed. 4. harmless from and all injury...也怪怪的。 首先harmless from不通， 然后那个and 像是多余。 综合1-4. 原文似乎应该是想表达类似于下面的意思： 任何一方都有负有为对方减轻、辩护、补偿并使之不受伤害的责任，这些包括执行本协议中或与之相关联的活动中人员伤亡、设备及财产的损毁（租赁或者是有所有权的），不论何种原因，亦不论被赔偿方是否违反条款、过错或者疏忽。 供参考 |
