MgO(001)团簇模型如何构建和输入

各位好: 我想请教一下关于表面化学反应催化剂模型的构建及如何采用Gaussian程序输入.文献 "Density functional model cluster study of adsorption of acetylene on magnesium oxide" , surface science 479(2001)169-182中, 所提到的model clusters embedded in large array of point charges(PCs),postive PCs at the cluster borders were sbustituted by pseudopotentials of Mg2+ to reduce the artifical polarization of the nearby oxygen anions. 如何构建一个两层的17*17*2 PC array for cluster, 并把界面阴离子周围用Mg2+的pseudopotentials(PPs)处理, 最重要的是如何以输入文件的形式在Gaussian 程序中做计算. 谢谢赐教! |
