国外SCI期刊回过来的意见，谁能看明白反正我没看明白。。。

Thank you for submitting your above paper for possible publication in ESWA. Although it was felt that your manuscript was quite interesting, we are publishing only the most highly rated papers for publication in ESWA in order to maintain our high rankings and impact factor. We are being really stringent with the papers trying to achieve only an 8-10% acceptance rate. The manuscripts first go through a preliminary review by the Editorial Office to see whether they should be passed to the next stage of formal and rigorous peer reviews. We are sorry that your paper didn't make the initial cut. We felt that the manuscript was inappropriate for publication at this time. We feel that the fairest treatment we can give authors is to notify authors quickly of our decision.I inform you that your manuscript is rejected. Please be advised this rejection decision is final, and no further review will be processed. A decision reached by the editor cannot be changed. 读了一遍感觉很一目了然啊。 编辑We are sorry that your paper didn't make the initial cut（The manuscripts first go through a preliminary review by the Editorial Office to see whether they should be passed to the next stage of formal and rigorous peer reviews.），意思就是编辑初审那关没过，就不会再外审了。 8-10%接受率，挺吓人的，看起来这期刊影响因子绝对不低。。。 [ Last edited by scortan on 2013-10-16 at 18:26 ] |
