之前投了一个AM，与楼主分享一下coverletter的经验吧。 1.首先最好提一下文章题目，都是套话Please find attached the manuscript entitled “XXXX ”. I would like to submit this manuscript for publication in The Advanced Materials as a communication. 2.考虑到AM的编辑大都是职业编辑，未必对LZ所从事的方向很熟悉，LZ还可以简要介绍一下领域的相关情况，着重突出自己的创新性 3.简要介绍文中内容，一定要用最少的文字明确展示出核心内容，长篇大论没人愿意看的 4.还是套话Therefore, we believe that the results described in this paper will draw immediate attention from a wide range of audience in XXXXX。 以及AM好像要求assure that the results depicted in this manuscript are not under consideration for publication nor have they ever been published elsewhere in any medium including electronic journals and computer databases of a public nature before. |
