View Decision目前状态是Scientific Accept，是接受吗？另外，其给的意见没太看明白接下来应该怎么去做，请有经验的朋友帮忙给些指点，谢谢了！附上原文：

1) Manuscript Source Files:

2) Figure Source Files:
