大家好，请问这个专家的审稿意见该怎么答复啊，帮帮忙，线性回归相关问题

The authors reported the equations of calibration curves and the corresponding correlation coefficients. However, the coefficient of correlation was neither a proof of linearity and proportionality, nor a useful measure of the calibration variability. I think that, at least, the proportionality should be evaluated by calculating the confidence interval of the y-intercepts to check that zero is included. Moreover to evaluate the calibration variability the relative residual standard deviations could be calculated. 大家好，大致情况是这样的，我的实验的一部分是线性实验的，方法学中的线性验证； 六个点，浓度对应峰面积作的线性回归；用EXCLE作的，得到了一个R2, correlation coefficient(变异系数)，她说这个变异系数无法反应这个线性，非得要个什么可信区间，这个(X,Y)六个点怎么得这个可信区间呢？ 大家帮忙回答一下，感激不尽 |
