Furthermore, great changes have taken place to the Japanese economic and social environment since the great earthquake in the March 11th, 2011. Comparing the old and new "Training System", this thesis analyzes the opportunities and problems China's labor service export industry has faced up with under the new circumstances, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Under the new circumstances, government should perfect every system, and labor service export market should also be reshuffled. And export companies and individuals should enhance themselves.
