| we attempted to take advantage of the adsorption isotherm obtained with the high pressure hydrogen storage testing sample in the 0-80 atm range , but there was a serious breakdown/malfunction of the apparatus just before our appointment which we had made more than one month ago, and it will take quite a long time to get repaired. |

Our original plan was to use the high pressure hydrogen storage vessel for finding the adsorption isotherm of the sample in the range of 0-80 atm. However, when it was soon our turn after a month's wait , the vessel had a serious breakdown and its restoration may take a long time. 个人理解”试图“其实是已经付诸行动的计划，不然为什么排队？所以用attempt不合适. 很遗憾，”the apparatus happened a serious breadown“是不通的 just before the right time for us appointed over one month ago： for us appointed没见过。 可以说before our appointment was due ... 严格地说，维修不等同于repair，可以replace, reset, ...用restoration更全面 与列位商榷 |
