Conference Aim and Objective
The International Conference on Public Administration will be taking place in Hongkong, China from March 14-16, 2014. ICPAD2014 will give an opportunity for researchers and practitioners from academia and government to present, discuss, and exchange ideas that address real-world cutting-edge issues in public administration. The conference intends to strengthen academic exchanges and collaborations both domestically and internationally and attract more public administration practitioner and researchers to promote the development of public administration.

2014公共管理国际会议将于2014年3月14日至16日在中国，香港召开。大会将为学术界及政府方面的研究者及工作人员提供一个机会来交流和探讨关于解决现实世界中公共管理方面的最新问题的意见。此次会议旨在加强国内外的学术交流与合作以及聚集更多的公共管理专家和学者来促进公共管理的发展。
Publications
All accepted papers will be published by DEStech Publications. DEStech will have the CD-ROM indexed in ISI (Institute of Scientific Information) and Google Book Search. DEStech will submit the CD-ROM to SCI and EI for worldwide online citation of qualified papers. The conference organizing committees do not guarantee that a paper will be indexed.

ICPAD2014 will give an opportunity for researchers and practitioners from academia and government to present, discuss, and exchange ideas that address real-world cutting-edge issues in public administration. The conference intends to strengthen academic exchanges and collaborations both domestically and internationally and attract more public administration practitioner and researchers to promote the development of public administration.

ICPAD2014 welcomes the submission of original full papers in all fields related to public administration such as human recourses management, new public management, public policy, good governance, democracy, autonomy, decentralization-centralization, local government, finance and local taxation, public finance, governmental and nongovernmental organizations. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. Each paper should be at least 4 pages or longer.
