[求助] 投稿Disclosure部分关于基金部分求助

这是美国一个AJAE刊物的disclosure 模板中的部分：

II. Financial support for authors of this manuscript

1.        In the past three years…
a.        Have you received financial support summing to at least $10,000 from any individual, group, or organization that has a financial, ideological, or political stake related to the manuscript? This question regards all support received and not just support for the production of this manuscript. Yes/No


b.        If yes, then in each case please state all forms of support, which may include consultant fees, retainers, grants, in-kind support such as access to data, and the name of source for this support (i.e., individual, group or organization that has a financial, ideological or political stake related to the article).  

请问如果有挂几个课题号，a 回答YES，那么b部分该如何回答？要写出每个课题资助本论文多少钱吗？提供数据帮助，之类的，还是怎么写？求有经验的同志们帮忙！

I. Financial support for the research presented in this manuscript
可是在这个部分我又罗列了几个课题号，还包括一个国家自然科学基金。这个地方写NO的话最省事，
但老外会不会怀疑啊，难道这几个课题经费都没有超过一万没有吗？
