关于审稿专家定量限的问题回复？求大家帮忙

Authors should provide detailed information on LOQ and LOD calculation/measurements. Since EPA method 1694 dictates a LOQ and LOD calculation method (usage of student t 0.99 value of multiple measurements) other than usage of S/N ratio (please see "Protection of the Environment. Part 136- Guidelines establishing test procedures for the analysis of pollutants. Appendix B- Definition and Procedure for the Determination of the Method Detection Limit- Revision 1.11. Code of Federal Regulations; U.S. Government Printing Office: Washington, D.C., 2010" , authors should state why they did not use EPA method's detection limit calculation methodology even though they used the method as reference.我用的是10倍S/N作为定量限，这个审稿人问我为什么不用美国EPA制定的那种方法规定定量限，而现在很多参考文献都用S/N来规定的 你说我怎么回复？ [ Last edited by suruiqin on 2013-10-10 at 13:30 ] |
