目的:通过以牛大力为例,得出一种适合于植物药未知成分的提取分离鉴别方法。
      方法:采用试管法和薄层色谱法。结果:通过提取分离鉴别牛大力,得出了一种分离鉴别植物药未知成分的方法。
结论:本法操作简单,所用仪器设备简单,且能很快得出结论,很适合于植物药未知成分的提取分离鉴别。
