下面这3个题目都是关于分子光谱仪的检测器的问题，恳求这方面的专家帮忙回答一下，解释一下，中文即可，多谢~~ 能回答一部分也行 1. A common photon detector, especially in an array format, is a photodiode. a. Briefly explain how a photodiode operates. In your explanation discuss whether the diode is generally reverse- or forward-biased (and what these terms mean). b. Sometimes the photodiode is not biased. Why would you do this? Would this increase the background in comparison to using a bias 2. For PMT, diode arrays, CID’s, or CCD’s, what determines the high and low wavelengths for these devices? 3. How do charge-coupled devices operate? |

In your explanation discuss whether the diode is generally reverse- or forward-biased (and what these terms mean). 光子轰击半导体异质结激发电子，而产生自由电子和空穴；如果发生在耗尽层则产生光电流。光电二极管等效的二极管上施加相反方向的电压，称为方向偏置，工作在光电导模式，则可以增加耗尽层，降低结电容，减少响应时间。 b. Sometimes the photodiode is not biased. Why would you do this? Would this increase the background in comparison to using a bias 无偏置则光电二极管工作在光电压模式，流出光电二极管的电流被抑制，形成电场。 2. For PMT, diode arrays, CID’s, or CCD’s, what determines the high and low wavelengths for these devices? 所有光电探测器的相应波长范围都是有其材料所决定。 3. How do charge-coupled devices operate? 电子耦合器件是由大量的光敏器件组成的阵列，光生电荷注入、存储于MOS中，施加特定时序的脉冲以实现存储电荷的定向传输。经检测和数据处理后实现一维、二维或者多维光学成像。 |
