Software Development Internship Responsibilities : Use C/C++ or script languages to develop tools and utilities. Use C/C++ to develop embedded software. Requirements Must have skills/experiences Must be able to work for 3+ days/week for at least 6 months Strong C++ programming experience Good English reading and writing The skills below are strong plus Networking knowledge such as TCP/IP and etc. Hands-on Linux programming/development experience Experience with large-scale team-based software development Educational Background 1st year MSEE/CE/CS student with related project or work experience ASIC Design and Verification Internship Responsibilities : 3+ days a week for at least 6 months. Design and implementation of complex FPGAs and/or ASICs. Detailed design specification and test plan development. Develop and implement block level RTL. Develop testbench and write testcases Requirements: Familiar with synchronous logic design, state machine, basic timing analysis Strong at logic design using Verilog and simulation/debugging skills Familiar with logic simulation tools Good English reading and writing Experience on SystemVerilog for verification Knowledge of OOP in SystemVerilog Knowledge of VMM/UVM Hands-on knowledge of a scripting language, e.g. csh or PERL 【注】：每周至少工作3天，并且能连续工作不小于6个月。（时间要求为硬性要求），住宿自理。有意者请将简历投至lvglvg@163.com。 [ Last edited by lvglvg on 2013-10-16 at 08:32 ] |
