请问TFPGA 软件中 Mantel test中结果为 Analysis of E:\TFPGA\MANTEL1.MAN Comparison of two 3 x 3 matrices. RESULTS FROM MANTEL TEST. Correlation of two matrices: r = -.7463 Z from original data: -93.9462 Average Z after 999 permutations: -64.2741 830 out of the 999 permuted data sets had Z-scores greater than or equal to the original Z-score. Upper tail probability: p = 0.8310 327 out of the 999 permuted data sets had Z-scores less than or equal to the original Z-score.
