[求助] rejecting your paper without external review之后该怎么整

文章投出去四天左右，看到网上状态时rejecting your paper without external review。
编辑说内容不满足期刊要求。没有别的意见。有几个问题。
1.是不是这种状态下，因为没有external review所以没有审稿意见什么的。也不会收到什么意见一类的邮件了。
2.我现在应该把投的这个期刊的网上提交的稿件直接在网上删除，再投别的期刊，还是不用删除直接投别的期刊就行？

楼主的情况比较常见，根据我投这么多稿来看，有以下几种可能：
1.的确，该文章没有符合杂志的宗旨，一般杂志介绍里都有的，所以每次你投的时候应该看看杂志介绍，符合内容要求；
2.找不到相应的审稿人，虽然你的论文与杂志宗旨有联系，但由于该杂志此类研究的审稿人比较缺乏，也会出现拒审，找不到审稿人的情况；
3.文章内容问题，最起码一点在你的参考文献中能否找到该杂志的文献，这是一个很重要的指标，如果你没有，他可以很顺利成章的告诉你，不符合杂志要求，与本杂志的论文不相关；
4.另有一点，如果编辑是业内人士，他首先由预审能力，会判断文章的水平，外加第二条，所以会直接拒掉；
5.在这种状态下，一般不会有审稿意见；
6.只要是正规期刊，你直接改投，不会出现版权问题。
以上就是我的投稿经验，希望你能满意。文章贵在细心，首先要有点水平，其次注重给人的印象，要图文并茂，以及杂志社追求的东西。

1、是的，没什么其他修改意见了，因为没有外部审稿；
2、根据意见修改一下，改投其他期刊。

内容不符合，格式上没有提出任何意见，需要不需要将网上提交的稿件删除后再投其他的期刊？还是不用管这个期刊了，直接找别的期刊投就行？

没有任何意见呢。只说我的内容主要是合成，到2012年以后就不接受单纯的合成的了。这个应该不算修改意见吧。别的格式还有其他的都没有说。所以我才有疑问，会不会再发邮件告知别的修改意见。
还有我改投其他的期刊的话，这个期刊网上的稿件我需要删除？还是直接不用管，直接投别的期刊就行了。

被CJ Murphy，AE直接拒了，改投吧，自从2012年开始，没有兴致就不接受了，看来非得逼迫搞几个应用曲线来忽悠一下了
