[求助] Regulation #205 governs Post-doctoral Fellows 什么意思？

offer中有一段是这样的：Any arrangement we make is subject to the regulations of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  If you accept this offer, you
should get in touch with the nearest Canadian Consulate to obtain a Work Permit and any other necessary documentation.
Information about how to obtain a Work Permit and an application form can be found at the following Web site
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/.  Regulation #205 governs Post-doctoral Fellows.  It will facilitate the
process to send a copy of this letter with your application.
