有没有第一次投稿european polymer journal的各种文件的模板及要求啊

| 第一次投european polymer journal，看了网站上的投稿须知，感觉有点乱，不太明白，有没有大侠能帮忙总结下一共都需要哪些东西，图表都怎么分开，一共以几个文件提交之类的，还有上面一会说把文章与图表分开，一会说搞一块，分不清楚，请大侠们多多指教，不胜感激！ |
