Dear Authors：

The 10th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (the 10th ICCWAMTIP) will be held in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) on December 17-19, 2013. The open ceremony will be held in the morning of December 17, 2013.

The conference is sponsored by IEEE, China Computer Federation (CCF), National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), undertaken by UESTC, State International Software Talent Training Base (Chengdu). The Conference will focus on recent advances in key information technologies. It will provide a remarkable opportunity for the academic and industrial community to address new challenges and share solutions, and discuss future research directions.

The conference proceedings will be published by UESTC, it will also be indexed by IEEE Xplore. Certainly, all the papers in the proceedings will be indexed by EI and ISTP, and some excellent papers will be recommended to the SCI journals such as IJWMIP. Some famous experts are to present the conference.
