If you would still like to have your manuscript reviewed and published in*, please contact directly the Editors covering the relevant subject areas. If one of them agrees to take the editorship for your manuscript, please let us know and we will assign it accordingly.

Please note that we try but are not always able to avoid such situations, which tend to occur mostly (albeit not exclusively) with manuscripts at the edge or outside the journal scope which is focused on studies with general implications for atmospheric science rather than investigations that are primarily of local or technical interest.
