[求助] 钢丝绳绕滑轮运行的静力分析和钢丝绳的疲劳寿命分析

1、钢丝绳和滑轮材料分别选择结构钢和灰铁。
2、钢丝绳绕滑轮运动的受力分析,施加了三个约束:
(1)滑轮固定;
(2)钢丝绳一端施加拉应力115.54MPa;
(3)钢丝绳另一端施加大小和方向与前者相同的拉应力。
3、接触类型设置:
(1)钢丝绳股与股之间设置为Rough;
(2)钢丝绳与滑轮之间设置为Frictional,系数为0.13。
4、约束控制方程选用增广拉格朗日法。
5、求解过程中出现了各种各样的警告和错误,主要有以下几个:
(1)Warning: One or more bodies may be underconstrained and experiencing rigid body motion. Weak springs have been added to attain a solution.
(2)Warning: An iterative solver was used for this model. However, a direct solver  may enhance performance. Consider specifying the use of a direct solver.
(3)Warning: The unconverged solution (identified as Substep 999999) is output for analysis debug purposes. Results at this time should not be used for any other purpose.
(4)Warning: Contact status has experienced an abrupt change.
(5)Error: The solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained.
(6)Error: Insufficient memory was available for the solver engine to obtain a solution. Try simplifying the model to reduce problem size.
6、针对上述问题,尝试过打开弱弹簧,更改求解器,降低接触刚度,将对称接触改为非对称接触,甚至简化网格,改变求解方程,但都没有使上述问题得到全部解决。


求高人指点。急急急!!!!!
