关于投稿的"Conflict of Interests"问题不知道什么意思？

我最近投了篇文章，提交系统后不就，杂志发给我一封信主要内容如下，不是很明白什么意思，投稿那么多年，头一次遇到？多谢 According to our author guidelines, a competing interest exists when professional judgment concerning the validity of research is influenced by a secondary interest, such as financial gain. So, we require that our authors reveal all possible conflicts of interest in their submitted manuscripts. Accordingly, please send me an updated PDF file of your manuscript, via email, including a disclosure in the "Conflict of Interests" section. If there is no conflict of interests, authors should state that “The author(s) declare(s) that there is no conflict of interests regarding the publication of this article.” Otherwise, they should state the conflict of interests under this section. |
