Full/Part Time: Full time Supervisor: Dr. Mingfeng Wang (Nanyang Assistant Professor) Institution/Department: Division of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering Nanyang Technological University Website: http://www.scbe.ntu.edu.sg Starting date: January of 2014 Job description: One postdoctoral position is available on nanomedicines particularly for applications in optical bioimaging and phototherapy. The successful candidate will be involved in fabrication of light-responsive colloidal nanostructures and in vitro / in vivo examination of these materials in optical bioimaging and phototherapy. The research will be multidisciplinary and collaborative. Requirements: Highly motivated candidates with a Ph.D. degree in biology, chemistry, materials science and engineering, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. Previous research experience on cell culturing and bioimaging will be preferred.
