这一句来源于Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids 68 (2007) 1762-1769（Electronic structure and optical properties of crystalline strontium azide and barium azide by ab initio pseudopotential plane-wave calculations）在分析氮化锶和氮化钡时的话。原话是：With the increment of alkaline-earth metals’ electropositivity of the azides, the peaks of DOS in the valence band region have a tendency shifting to the Fermi level. This is understood that the overlap of the energy bands is increased. 请问各位：这一原理是什么？或者提供该原理的出处也行。初学DOS分析，请多指教。  |
