将氧化石墨烯溶于PVA醇解物中,制成大尺寸氧化石墨烯-PVA薄膜。测量制成薄膜的拉曼光谱与氧化石墨烯的光谱光谱进行比较可知PVA的掺入对结果无影响。将该薄膜作为饱和吸收体,应用于掺铒光纤激光器中,实现了稳定的锁模运转(E)。激光脉冲的重复频率为 133.33MHz ;中心频率为1536.75nm;3dB带宽为2.23nm; 脉冲宽度为20.63ps。

Large-scale B was fabricated by dissolving the oxidized graphene in the saponified PVA. It can be concluded that the result has nothing to do with PVA doping by comparing the Raman spectra of the prepared film and the oxidized graphene. The film was then applied to the C laser as a saturable absorber. Stable E was achieved with the laser pulse frequency of 133.33 MHz, central frequency of 1536.75 nm, 3 dB bandwidth of 2.23 nm and the pulse width of 20.63 ps. |
