导师回信了，下一步该怎么办？

各位兄弟姐妹，今天第一次收到导师的信件，说愿意接受，下一步该干什么呢，我有些一头雾水。 因为之前潜水小木虫，就看了该怎么套磁，现在套磁套到这里，第二步不知道该干什么了，该如何回答老师呢？是该要正式邀请函还是干嘛？请大牛们帮忙解答一下好吗，真是万分感谢大家啊！ 在此，我把老师的信附上，大家帮我看一下： 邮件一： Dear Ms. Wu, Thank you for your email and supporting materials, and congratulations on all of your success in your career. I have no doubt you would be a wonderful person to work with, and I am honored that you have chosen our department for this opportunity. I will be happy to support your application. I will inquire with my department chair, Gale Young, and the director of our Center for International Education (who would attend to the necessary visa documents) for some advice before proceeding with a letter. In the meantime, please feel free to ask whatever questions you might have. Best wishes, Grant 第二封： Ms. Wu - Below is the first response I've had to my inquiry about your application. Your 'official' letter of application should include copies of everything on the list. Points 1, 2, 3 and 5 should be affirmed in your covering letter, and point 3 should be elaborated on in the project proposal. Please send along your revised proposal and I will draft a letter (point 4), and pursue approvals on my campus as outlined in points 6 and 7.
