投稿IEEE tip 后收到的回复邮件，大虾们帮忙看一下。。。希望对后来者也有用。。

第一次投稿：IEEE transactions on image processing，submit 成功后收到邮件提示提交成功。 但是至近一个星期AE还是not assigned, 仔细读了之前收到的邮件，里面有如下内容： ===================================================== NOTE: The review process will not begin until the all required items listed below are provided. If they were not provided they can be sent to Kathy Jackson at k.jackson@ieee.org or your manuscript will be unsubmitted. 1) A Double-Column Single Space version (13 pages or less for regular papers. See the extract of the Information for Authors below; 2) NOTE: The double-column version MUST include figures & tables with the 13 page submission criteria, otherwise the paper will be sent back to your "author center". 3) Please upload each reference listed that have NOT YET been published or otherwise hard to access for reviewers. Once received, I will upload them for you on Manuscript Central as supporting information so that it can be accessible to reviewers. 4. Both are required for a new submission. ===================================================== 其中要求的文件我在第一次提交的时候已经全部提交了，请问还需要再专门发个邮件把所列的 文件再次发送给： k.jackson@ieee.org 么？ 还有个问题就是，是不是不管初次提交的文件是否全，在收到的确认邮件中都会有如上的内容 作为提示呢？ 非常感谢。。。  |

| 一个星期么有指定AE太正常了，我的文章过了一个半月才指定了AE。所以如果你所有的材料都已经提交了之后，就不用管这个信件了，这个只是一个提醒邮件，只要投了之后都会有这么一个信。如果一个月之后还没有指定AE，倒是可以发信 给k.jackson@ieee.org催一下。 |
