这是9月17号之前的投稿状态，9月12号是With Editor for Decision 9月17号改为Decision Made

今天19号我打开投稿主页，出现两个链接方向：
1）是显示 Post Decision Manuscripts (1) （应该就是这个文章已经被决定拒，修改还是接受吧）
2）显示一个箭头+稿件Number+文章的标题，同时叫我点击这个箭头（There are action items pending, please click on the links next to the arrows）

点1）进去看到的跟上面粘贴出来的一样
点2）进去后，又看见箭头同时又英文是（continue Halted Submission）再点提示信息如下：
1）You can complete the tabs in any order.
2）If you are uploading a revision, please provide publication-ready files. This does not guarantee acceptance, as the Editor will make the final decision.
3）For details on acceptable file formats, AGU style, work flow, and more, see Author Resources: 这里是期刊主页网站.
4）You will have the opportunity to make changes to your submission until you click the Approve Submission button under the Submit link.

点2进去后我同时发现投稿状态变了，变为了

Preliminary Manuscript Data Submitted 2013-09-18 21:07:37
也就是初步手稿提交的数据提交。跟最上面粘贴的一样（Preliminary Manuscript
Data Submitted                   2013-08-03 22:15:59）。搞不懂是什么情况。

9月17号decision made。今天19号了我还没有收到审稿意见。

我现在连审稿意见都没收到。也不知道是不是被直接据掉了还是修改。老板也没有给我邮件。估计老板不会上去看这个投稿状态。

请问虫友，我的文章是被拒掉了吗？还是有修改的机会？
