great pressure

since i have worked for a week,i feel great pressure.i havet taught before.whats worse,my class did the worst in the final exam last term.they get 10 points less than other classes in average.10 points in average!do you realize that?to my anxiety,the boys were so slacked and gathered .they didnt learn anything about english.in other words,no more than 5 students are middle.the key is how i can force them to listen to my class and what i say. one time,a boy didnt finish his homework ,then i urged him to come to my office every rest time until he finished it.however,he didnt come as i told him.............i asked him the reason .he said he went to the toilet or he came back late from the pe class. so worried about it!but i dont wanna be the last one!come on!dear worms,how are you going these days? |

i want to be a english teacher ,but i am not that major and not a normal student. i don't know if you are their class teacher.if so ,you can give them a class meeting about something cheerful.for example, some stories about studying of poor students or talk about their dream or what do they want to do in the future.in a word,a inspiring meeting is needed. |
