Plos One 版面费减免 已有23人参与

最近投了一篇Plos One，经小修之后接收，整个过程还算顺利，这个杂志果然如传说中那样，只要问题不大基本不会拒稿，我们这个文章两个审稿人，一个意见接收，一个给出了极端意见，按意见修改一下直接返回，一个月之后编辑决定接收。 接下来就是交版面费的问题了。知道这个杂志一般要收一千三百多美刀的版面费，课题组倒不是没有这个钱，也不是这个钱不能报销，关键是觉得国家的血汗钱就这么花了不值（听闻鬼子国办的杂志很多要收钱，在投之前将鬼子办的杂志全部过滤了一遍），于是在接到正式录用信之后按提示给杂志社发了一封邮件要求减免版面费，没想到出版集团搞了个踢皮球，回信说问我能出多少，感觉就是讨价还价，第一次搞这样的事，没敢太狠，把整数去掉，留下了个零头，四百美刀，在陈述课题组资金紧张、课题组是青年研究者之外顺便拍了一把杂志马屁，一周后回信，成交。老板感慨，当时应该再狠一点，要求全免，希望能给后来的苦逼科研人员提供点经验，课题组有钱倒其次，课题组没钱真是能省就应该省，况且这都是国家的血汗钱，退一万步讲，实在有钱，出去下馆子或者买点别的也比这个强，不知道大家怎么看。 |
