spinorbit coupling是自旋轨道耦合 hyperfine interactions是超精细相互作用 spin polarization of the tunnel barrier，这个翻译过来是隧穿势垒的自旋极化 spin relaxation，这个是自旋极化长度 Rsch，这个忘了，得看具体在哪吧 Mr: magnetization remanence剩余磁化强度，简称剩磁 剩下的3个不太懂，你结合文献和上面的几个看看能不能理解 |
