Sometime, we are so easy to lose our life directions, because we have no dream or no clear goal, but we have to set it up, and try best to achieve that. no matter what's the eventual results, the process to pursue your dream is a happy time.
try to open your mind to make some friends with positive energy, who can encourage you .
If you are not satisfied with current situation, you must do something to change current situation.

To do something that can make u happy or have a relaxation, such as a trip. life is a life. sometimes u will feel bad, however, there must be something around your life that u believe it is worth to keep on. calm down and take a second thought on what is a meanling life to yourself.

during the working time, it is hard to know your workmates and has no need to know them. sometimes you will feei painful and pessimistic.what can you do  is hard to tell. since we can not change the environment we are in, why not change ourselves to adapt it. what i said is only my idea and you have to think it over yourself.
