In order to overcome the difficulities in the treatment of sulphonated polymer drilling wastewater, such as high dosage of treatment chemicals,high cost and difficult regeneration of adsorbent, we developed a set of wastewater treatment equipment which combines the physicochemical treatment with bioaugmentation.This paper introduces the principle, compositions and technical parameters, characteristics and application effects of the equipment. The results of the field application indicated that after treatment of sulphonated polymer drilling wastewater with this equipment, the quality of the drained water can meet the level one or two of the Nation Standard(GB8978-1996). This equipment could solve the problems of high cost caused by physicochemical treatment and wastewater pollution in the gas field of Northeast Sichuan. |
