[求助] 棋盘法和FICI(Fractional inhibitory concentration index )计算求助

The FICI is defined as the sum of the MIC of each drug when used in combination divided by the drug alone, i.e., FICI (MIC drug A in combination/MIC drug A alone) (MIC drug B in combination/MIC drug B alone). The drug interactions were defined as synergistic if the FICI was <=0.5, indifferent if the FICI was> 0.5 and <=4.0, and antagonistic if the FICI was >4.0.

对于FICI值，这里药物A和B联用时的MIC是怎么确定的，棋盘法很多浓度组合不是应该有多个空表现MIC，如何判定?
