In the evening, one younger friend in my lab asked me: "Sister (SHI JIE), would you like some sunflower seeds?" "Sorry, I have no time for that. You can just enjoy it." I replied. Actually, they were bought by me for all the guys. Within past three hours, I completed two tasks. One was allocated by a renowned professor in my team. The task was part of one of my advisor's programs those were about to end. The other was the translation and correction of an abstract written by another young guy. They were done for others. In the five years gone by especially the first three years, I always helped others for kinds of things, inquiry, searching, translation or discussion, which took me a good part of time. I felt happy when I did that and one day I found I was lagged behind. As I get more ideas, and feel more free in my field, I am about to graduate. In the following four, exactly two months, I have many things to do for my phd degree and my work and maybe more potential aspects. I will treasure every day now. It is the end of today. I believe magic falls with every sunrise if you can find it. Good night! My friends.   |
