[求助] 请问出版社发来这段话是什么意思，必须交版面费吗？

Part of the publication cost of this journal is covered by a voluntary page charge of $ 22.00 per printed page. If these charges are paid, the author will receive 50 reprints of the article. The acceptance and publication of papers are not dependent on the payment of these charges.  To register, please access Rightslink through the link below. Authors will need to create a unique account and register with Rightslink, our authorized reprint provider.

In order to offset publishing costs for Numerical Heat Transfer, Part A: Applications a page charge of USD 396.00 is suggested. To pay this charge, please visit the following link.

不是必须交的，自愿。交了之后会有50个reprints，不交的没有。

不是必需的，那个每页22刀是自愿的，可以不交。The acceptance and publication of papers are not dependent on the payment of these charges，这句话说明了 文章的录用刊发不依赖于是否交费。祝好！

每页22美元是自愿的，如果不交就没有50个reprints；但是后面一段话那396美元是不是必须交的啊？
