journal of Lightwave Technology ，接收后关于 send final files 的问题。

刚投了一篇JLT，被接收后要求send final files；邮件上面有段是这么写的：*A SEPERATE PDF FILE OF THE FINAL TEXT AND FIGUES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PRE PRINT PUBLICATIONS.* At this time you must send all final versions of your files through the “awaiting final files” queue in your author center on Manuscript Central. Please make sure your final package is correct and complete upon submission. Once you have completed the submission of your final files you will not be able to make changes until you have received your page proofs from IEEE. * manuscript (text only) without underlines in MS Word or LaTex * figures/photos saved as separate .eps, .ps, or .tif files * biographies in MS Word (author photos will NOT be published) * list of all authors and their contact information, especially e-mail addresses and fax numbers, designated as supporting document during upload. * a separate file with approval for color art charges (if applicable), designated as supporting document. * A SEPERATE PDF FILE OF THE FINAL TEXT AND FIGUES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PRE PRINT PUBLICATIONS. 意思是不是把文字单独上传一份，图片保存为某种格式之后打包上传？那么每个图片下面的注释是不是还是保留在manuscript（text only）里面？还有人物的biography和作者信息是不是都要分别用一个word文档上传呢？然后PDF文件是不是要用两个，一个包含文档，一个包含所有图片？还是每个图片都要一个PDF文件？非常感谢！！！ |
