OE 修改稿都需要提交哪些内容？修改稿上面需要保留修改的痕迹吗？

求助投过OE的虫虫： 提交的修改稿时，需要提交几个文件？系统中看到有这么几个类型：Manuscript，Multimedia，Cover Letter，Author response,Optional Red-lined Version.有些疑问： 1、Manuscript 是文章的最终稿吗？修改的内容需要标注吗？ 2、对于审稿人的意见，回复内容，写在Cover Letter还是Author response里面？二者有什么区别？ 3、Optional Red-lined Version 需要写内容？ 4、编辑回复中提到“a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript”，这个内容应该在上述文件的哪个里面？做的每个修改都要列出来吗？ 5、OE是不是只有一次修改机会？担心漏下什么内容或者没理解清楚编辑的意思，毕竟走到这一步很不容易， 希望了解的虫虫能给点建议，非常感谢，金币不多，尽力发送。 下面是编辑的回复： It is the policy of Optics Express to allow only one manuscript revision. Thus it is important that you include as part of your resubmission a detailed response to all of the reviewer points, and a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript. Of course, you may not agree with the reviewers on every point; in this case, your responses and reasoning should be clearly presented. You may type your statement directly into the designated comment text box provided online or you may copy and paste text into it. You can also upload your statement as a separate file. Please note that resubmissions will not be considered if this statement is not included. If your paper is accepted, you will not have another opportunity to submit additional content revisions. OSA cannot make any changes to your manuscript once it appears on the Forthcoming web page. The production editor has reviewed your manuscript to ensure that it adheres to the style guidelines of Optics Express. The notes below will advise you of any required format changes. Be sure to upload the native file, such as Word with embedded figures, or zipped TeX with .eps or .pdf figures. If uploading your revision in Word format you will also be given the opportunity to upload the source files of your artwork in eps, pdf or tiff format. You will have 10 days to complete the resubmission with content and style changes. Please carefully proofread your article before resubmission. Optics Express articles are not copyedited. |

1）Manuscript是修改的稿件，修改过的内容不需要标记或突出出来； 2）Cover Letter只需要简单的说说已经安装审稿人的建议进行了认真的修改，对编辑和审稿人的工作进行感谢，对审稿人问题的答复放在Author response中； 3）Optional Red-lined Version，应该是吧修改过的内容用不同背景颜色标注或突出出来，供审稿用； 4） “a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript”放在Author response中。 |
