求助~谁了解结构方程模型——因果模型？

最近数据处理，想建立multivariate analyses（d-sep test）causal model，但实属外行，无从下手，参考的文献是用shipley‘s d-sep method自行编程，小虫想知道是否有现成的可视化软件可用？貌似AMOS可以做，但实在看得头大，希望得到高手指点。 原文摘录：The results of the multivariate analyses (d-sep test) of causal models linking leaf traits (SLA and Nmass) and physiological functions (Amass and gsmass) are shown in Table 5 and Fig. 5. Model D was accepted by the whole dataset and most of the different light and water treatments. According to this model, the variation in SLA affects Amass and Nmass, and this trait determines gsmass, which also affects photosynthetic rate. Model F, which best fitted the datasets in the study by Meziane & Shipley (2001), was also accepted by most datasets in this experiment but did not fit the data of LI, and hence it was rejected for the combined dataset (Table 5).   |
