[求助] 急求可用的IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems的Latex模版

我是按照它正式出版的模板弄的，但是给我写信说投稿模板不是这一串要求：
For the review process, a composite PDF file containing the main manuscript, tables, figures and appendixes should be submitted. The manuscripts must be formatted in 12PT TIMES ROMAN, DOUBLE-SPACED, SINGLE COLUMN, 1" MARGINS, 8.5" x 11" PAPER. This will allow at most 30 lines per page, where the maximum length of a line is 16.5 cm. Except in unusual cases, the composite manuscript must be limited to 35 pages (for full papers) /18 pages (for short papers) and 8 pages (for letters).
我在网站上找半天都没找到投稿模板，哪位投过的虫子给我发个可用的模版？
多谢！
PS：有点急，月底是截稿日期。

试试这个命令\documentclass[12pt,draftcls,onecolumn]{IEEEtran}

不行的话，再试试这个
\documentclass[12pt]{IEEEtran}

  \topmargin = -0.4truein
  \textheight = 9truein
  \oddsidemargin=-0.35in
  \textwidth=6.8in
  \renewcommand{\baselinestretch}{1.3}
