The International Workshop on Intelligent Systems and Wireless Network (ISWN2013) will be held on Dec.28-29, 2013 in HongKong, China. ISWN2013 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in Intelligent Systems and Wireless Networks. It also serves  to  foster communication  among  researchers  and  practitioners  working  in  a  wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest  in improving information technology and  computer science  related  techniques.  All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based    on originality, technicality and research content/depth, relevance to conference. Some excellent papers will be recommended to Journal (SCI) and Journal (EI).
