Title：Quinoline derivatives and uses thereof Abstract The present invention relates to quinoline derivatives of formula I, optical isomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and/or prodrug thereof. Wherein: substituents M, R1, R2, X, and Y are as defined in the description. The present invention also relates to compounds of formula I, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or hydrates, which have potent inhibitory effect of c-Met kinase, can be used in preparation for treating the abnormal c-Met kinase overexpression-related diseases, especially for preparation of treatment and/or prevention of cancer. |
